Berkers & Cie. and Eversheds Sutherland advise EQT Exeter on the acquisition of Lidl's new distribution centre.

We are proud to announce that Gitta Gehring and Dominik Berker advised EQT Exeter on all tax related questions on the successful acquisition, development and lease of a state-of-the-art dried fruits and nuts storage facility in Hückelhoven with a strong focus on sustainability. The storage facility with a gross floor area of approximately 67,582.90 sqm, is equipped with approximately 120 car parking spaces, 52 lorry parking spaces, and 26 trailer parking spaces, along with outdoor facilities.
